It is with great pleasure that I welcome our newest trainer to the ELM family: Cathy Livsey! Cathy is a certified Strength Training Instructor and has a background in long distance running and endurance sports. Cathy also brings a solid knowledge of product and equipment as she works with the super crew down at Extreme Runners on 5th st. Cathy will be instructing both Running Clinics and Fitness Bootcamp workouts for ELM this spring and we are thrilled to have her on board!
