ELM Program Registration

There are 3 easy ways to register for your next ELM Fitness Adventure:

1.  On-Line: JAN 2012 Registration ON NOW!

Follow this link to Active.com and pay with your credit card from the comfort of your home. Please note:: the registration prices listed on Active.com include your program fee & HST.  An additional processing fee will be charged by the Active.com site at the time of registration (approximately 6%).

2.  In-Person

Download, complete and drop-off our Program Registration Package to Extreme Runners along with your payment.

Location: 436, 5th st,   Courtenay, BC.  Cheque or cash only.

3.  Snail Mail

Send completed Program Registration Package along

with cheque to:

ELM 'FLEX' & PUNCH CARD OPTIONS

PUNCH cards can be used at all of our regular program classes including Bootcamp, Running and Hiking clinic classes.  PUNCH cards can not be used for special clinics or events, do not include program extras and some restrictions apply.  Contact ELM for specific details.

*Punch Cards are non-transferable and are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase. All cards are subject to 12% HST

Non Members:
