Learn safe and effective exercises that will keep you fit during pregnancy and prepare you for the demands of post-natal life.
This small group class includes a full body circuit training workout and can accomodate all fitness levels.

Prerequisite: 4-9 months into pregnancy during program. All participants MUST complete the ParMedX for Pregnancy.
